For 25 years, meclean® has successfully and distinctively upheld the philosophy that technology must be functional and reliable. This focus reflects the character of the company, the mentality of the people at meclean® and the way we cooperate with dealers, partners and customers.

The Dutch production site is strategically located in Terneuzen, Zeeland. Centrally within reach of sales outlets and dealers in the BeNeLux. Not only international sales, marketing and after-sales are handled from here, but also product development and part of production take place here. Cooperation with assembly companies in Germany and Italy makes it possible to offer a broad and diverse cleaning programme.

Even when production is outsourced, meclean’s own product development is at the basis and the focus on functionality, reliability and innovative technology is leading. Logistics and warehousing are located at a second location in Terneuzen. From here, machines and parts orders are often shipped the same day to meclean® dealers and importers in over 40 countries worldwide.

Sales and service through carefully selected points-of-sale, dealers and importers

Sales and service of meclean® products in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (BeNeLux) are handled entirely through points of sale and dealers. Thanks to the sophisticated geographical distribution, there is always a meclean® dealer nearby, guaranteeing a personal, expert approach and professional service. In other European countries and beyond, meclean® cooperates with specialised partners who sell and service meclean® cleaning machines in their own region.

Local expertise, supported by Dealer Managers and Aftersales department of meclean®

All meclean® dealers are supported by assigned Dealer Managers and the (online) marketing campaigns are carried out centrally by meclean®. The Aftersales department within meclean® is available to support dealers with more complex questions or challenges. Orders for machines and parts are submitted via the meclean® dealers 24/7 via the Dealer Portal.
