C. Dealer finder

On our website you will find an overview of active dealers and sales points for Meclean products.

Processed dealer data:

• Opening hours
• Specializations/product categories

Purpose: Informing visitors about sales points and service partners.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (display of business customer information) and/or contractual agreements with dealers.

Retention period: As long as the dealer relationship is active, plus 1 year after termination.

Please note: only active and recognized dealers/customers of Meclean are shown in the dealer finder.

D. Dealer portal (B2B environment)

Registered dealers and sales points can place orders 24/7 via a secured portal (mecleandealerportal.eu) and view product information.

• Company data (name, address, Chamber of Commerce number)
• Dealer ID and account information
• Username/account manager
• Email address and phone number
• Order history and order data
• Billing and shipping information
• IP address and session data
• Login/security logs
• Communication history

Purpose: Enabling orders, user management, portal functionality, customer service and support.

Legal basis: Performance of the contract (art. 6 paragraph 1 sub b GDPR)

Retention period: 7 years after termination of dealer relationship (in accordance with fiscal retention obligation), security logs 1 year.

Only authorized users have access via a personal account. The portal is technically and organizationally secured in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.

E. Website Analytics

• Page visits and click behavior
• Referring websites
• Device information (type, operating system)

Purpose: Improving website experience and functionality.

After these periods expire, data is permanently deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it longer.
